Elaine Ryan founded the sync licensing agency, Unicorn Sync in 2021 as well as Sync Music For a Change, a non-profit initiative that hosts listening sessions with music supervisors in exchange for musician donations to nonprofits. Unicorn Sync has had placements in reality tv shows including Love Island & Are You the One as well in feature films and film promos. She is a performing singer-songwriter with several placements in TV and ads and her latest album is being released this November. She is the author of Living a Music-Centered Life: a Guide to Balance, Fulfillment & Paying the Bills.
