Since it started in 2014, MONO has consistently served as an essential gathering for both emerging and established artists, producers, songwriters, engineers, and creative professionals. Known for its friendly atmosphere, inclusivity, and impact on attendees' music careers, including collaborations and revenue growth.

Music is universal, and so is our mission. Since 2017, we have actively championed diversity in the industry, committing to having at least one-third of our presenters be women—a first in the industry. Today, women represent 28% of our attendees, more than any other music conference, and 66% of our audience is under 34, reflecting the next generation of music creators.
