Kristin Engineer (MotoGirl) is a powerhouse creative artist consultant, songwriter, and top-track executive music producer based in both Los Angeles and San Jose, California. The founder of MotoGirl Music, she fuels a high-octane pop production house specializing in kinetic dance pop, electro pop, and French pop crafted for TV, film, and advertising.

MotoGirl Music isn’t just a studio—it’s a movement. Centered around inclusivity, Kristin’s work uplifts LGBTQIA+, women, non-binary, and BIPOC creators. Her vibrant tracks have revved up campaigns for global brands like Toyota and Target, and have been placed on major networks including Netflix, HBO Max, and Hulu.

Her impact in the industry has also been recognized by the GRAMMY Museum in Los Angeles, where she is featured in the permanent exhibit Sonic Playground. As part of the interactive Soundtrax video kiosk, Kristin shares her journey and helps illuminate a few of the many creative career paths in music—offering inspiration to the next generation of music makers.

With a career that spans songwriting, production, education, and management, Kristin brings a uniquely holistic approach to artist development. She offers one-on-one business coaching and consulting for creatives, drawing on her experience managing pop artist Nadia Vaeh, collaborating with Rareform Audio/Black Sheep Music, and leading music education initiatives. Currently, she serves as Director of Performing Arts at Hillbrook School, an independent JK–12 school in Los Gatos, CA, where she continues to inspire the next generation of artists.

Kristin is a voting member of the Recording Academy and proudly aligns with key industry organizations including AWFC, SCL, AMP, CCC, AIMP, and PMA.

A lifelong musician with classical roots and a road-tested spirit, Kristin’s journey has taken her from orchestral stages to the frontwoman mic, and ultimately to founding MotoGirl Music. Her superpower? Helping others reignite their creative spark while producing infectious pop hooks with lyrical bite. She’s driven by a mission to empower and elevate—one unforgettable track at a time.
