Lorne Padman is a GRAMMY-nominated producer, artist manager, and music executive, who helped start the careers of Avicii, The Chainsmokers, and hundreds more. He spent the last 12 years at Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak Records serving in many roles including President, and recently launched his own management & consulting company called TrueStep Productions. He has worked with artists including Afrojack, Steve Aoki, Don Diablo, Laidback Luke, Kaskade and Gareth Emery. Lorne regularly moderates industry panels including Amsterdam Dance Event, WMC Miami, and presents at tertiary institutions including Princeton, USC, UCLA and Songwriters Academy of Sweden.
