Minji Will is a Dolby Atmos and Pro Tools certified audio engineer and educator from Chicago. She previously worked as a staff engineer at Gravity Studios in Chicago and has worked with Rick Nowels, B. Deveaux, Wasia Project, Briana Marela, Sarah Vela, Dominé Brishawn, and Tommy Bravos, as well as on projects for Vox Media’s Criminal, America’s Test Kitchen’s Proof, Penguin Random House, Hachette Book Group, and KCRW’s How’s Your Sex Life?

She currently serves as the SF Internship Program Manager and Staff Engineer at Women’s Audio Mission, where she works across recording, technical education, mentorship, and career development for emerging audio professionals.
