Neon Owl returns to MONO 2026 as Program Partner
Neon Owl returns as Program Partner for MONO 2026, bringing label execs from Insomniac and Thrive Music, plus live demo listening, to The Midway in San Francisco on November 13-14.
Neon Owl is back at MONO, and this year they're bringing the labels with them. Execs from Insomniac, Thrive Music, and more will be in the room to talk about what they're signing right now. They'll also play attendee demos live on The Midway's sound system. Ticket holders can pre-submit demos for a chance to get played live.
Neon Owl's Open Door Sessions and The Mastermind have connected emerging artists with A&Rs, mentors, and real opportunities in major cities across the U.S. At MONO, you get that access in person, over two days.

Built to Last – Breaking In and Creating Longevity in the Music Industry (1:05 PM). Presented by Neon Owl, featuring Elaine Huang, Lorne Padman, Nick Garcia, Andrew Conde, and Sunni Lampasso. Hear what these industry professionals have to say about building a career that lasts, from a strong mindset and valuable habits to meaningful relationships.
Rising Together – The Power of Community & Collectives (3:15 PM). Presented by Neon Owl, featuring Elaine Huang, Goshfather, Jon Sax, B Patt, and Nikita Page. No matter the role, it can be lonely, overwhelming, and challenging to step foot into the music industry. Learn about the power of community and the impact of collectives for artists, talent buyers, promoters, agents, and creatives. It's also a good place to find out where you can fit in if you're looking to get your foot in the door.
Meet the Labels + Live Demo Listening Party (5:25 PM). Presented by Neon Owl, featuring Nick Garcia, Lauren Anderson, Andrew Conde, Natasha Nichols, and Elaine Huang. Meet the execs from your favorite labels and learn what they're looking to sign today. Attendees can pre-submit their music in advance for a chance to get their track played live on The Midway's sound system.

Play the AlphaTheta DJ Stage at MONO. MONO has teamed up with Neon Owl and AlphaTheta to put local DJs behind the decks at The Midway, November 13-14. Show off your sound to the Bay Area music community and the industry in the room. DJ mix submissions close October 31.
