In addition, she manages a global roster of independent labels–formerly serving as Label Manager for Black Book, where she led early-to-advanced-stage catalog development and executed high-performing releases. Her experience in strategy/promotion spans LabelWorx and Create Music Group, supporting top-tier campaigns across the electronic circuit. With a background in both major & boutique operations, Lauren brings a sharp, artist-first approach to every project.
