Natasha Nichols is an A&R at Thrive Music, where she scouts and signs emerging electronic artists and helps guide releases from signing through launch. She also helped launch House Rules, Thrive's club-focused imprint, working across A&R, creative strategy, and artist development. Natasha is focused on building long-term artist careers and bringing forward-thinking electronic music to the market.
